We all know what we have to do to be healthy. So why do so many people still struggle to do it? Because they’re trying to do it all alone.
Sixty-three percent of people still say they’re trying to lose weight a year after they start. Why, when you know what you need to do to be healthy, is it still such a struggle? There are a few reasons…

you’re counting calories. When trying to lose weight, eighty-five percent of people start counting calories or macros. But that isn’t helpful if you don’t know what numbers to aim for and what types of food to get your calories from. So then it’s hard to stay on track. Especially during the summer when you’re vacationing and meeting up with people at restaurants. It’s hard to keep track.
Next,
you’re doing the wrong workout. Especially when you’re starting out, exercise can be physically, mentally, and emotionally hard. Trying to figure out whether you should workout at home or go to the gym. And if you decide on the gym, do you try a class or weightlifting or head for the treadmill. You might not know what your limits are yet, so you might push too hard and then feel discouraged the next day when you can’t move or you might be holding back because you don’t think you can do more than what you’re doing.
