How I Help

I offer a simple, easy to execute method for creating and sustaining a healthy lifestyle. My unique, no-nonsense approach offers audiences a taste of boot camp mixed with some laughter and fun. My passion for creating a healthier planet, one family at a time is backed up with more than 12 years’ experience in the health and fitness industry.

My clients are incredible people! I am inspired daily by their motivation and drive. Seeing that they've achieved so much in their careers, families and education is inspiring. Meeting people who have dedicated years to building their careers or families, through many ups and downs, only serves to push me to improve my own life!

What I do

I define a very straight forward, easy to follow plan that takes out all the guesswork and gets results fast. No fad diets, cleanses, detoxes, or impossible to follow diets. I share my years of experience and knowledge with you to help you reach and maintain your weight zone.

How it Works

Through the HD Transformations Coaching app, you'll have 24/7 access to your personalized plans, messaging me, and a place to track all of your progress. We'll meet live via Zoom to work through the challenges that inevitably pop up as you move toward the healthiest you. Each plan is tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Most importantly you'll be able to lean into me and my years of experience to get you to the top of your game!!

ABOUT HEATHER 

My Story

Most people know me as a healthy lifestyle strategist with more than 12 years of experience in the fitness industry and a lifetime of learning as an athlete. 


What you may not know about me is that just a few years ago I felt stuck and exhausted. I was doing all the things for myself and everyone else and working doubly hard to make sure no one knew my struggle. 


I ate well and exercised consistently but nothing changed. I just wanted my body to reflect my efforts.


I was tired, short-tempered, felt inadequate, and hated my body. (Sound familiar?)


I analyzed every inch of myself in the mirror and avoided looking at it as much as possible. I was constantly stressed but thought I was managing it because I was ticking off one accomplishment after another.


I cut calories, eliminated whole food groups, and exercised even harder -  but nothing changed.


I was constantly frustrated and disappointed in myself for the lack of progress.


I snapped at my kids and my husband regularly. I was so focused on reaching the next goal that I forgot to give myself time to celebrate the success I was having - or to enjoy the little moments with my kids.


In my quest for world (and body) domination, I started working with a few coaches to grow my business. I quickly realized that my battle with my physical body had taken over my mind and my life. 


My displeasure and criticism of myself were preventing the growth and success of my company, putting strain on my relationships, and wreaking havoc on my physical body.


My grind was working against me, my hustle was causing inflammation and stress and my body was suffering.


So stopped trying to fight my body and instead worked with it. I learned what it likes and what it doesn't what it needs and what it doesn't and how to give it all of that. I started to admire my body for all it has done and can do. I gave myself permission to rest and pause.


I drew boundaries and shifted my focus to growth and gratitude.


Now I love my body, stress is a non-issue, I’m well-rested and have plenty of energy. I am happier than ever and rarely get angry.


My relationships are better than ever, and my business is flourishing.


One of the things I've learned is that it’s possible to have everything, a successful career, a healthy body, and great relationships but you can't do it without a plan and without understanding how your body works. It requires living with intention and drawing boundaries always with your health and happiness at the top of the list.


And this is why I do what I do. Too many executive and professional women feel powerless and disconnected from their bodies. I help them reclaim their power by understanding their bodies and making simple lifestyle changes so they can look and feel like the badasses they are.
