Over the last four years, I have learned so much. I went from trying to kill myself with exercise, to trying to manifest my way into feeling amazing, and then through every possible way of eating or not eating, all with the goal of feeling and looking fantastic. I turned myself into a massive science experiment and the good news is, now I feel fantastic.
When I began this journey, I started with exercise and I was beating myself into the ground. I was doing everything I could and getting little progress in return. So, I figured I just needed to work harder.
I deep dove into different types of exercise and learned as much as I possibly could, to make myself feel better, feel strong, healthy, lean, and energetic.
After that didn’t net the results I was seeking, I thought, “it's got to be my mindset”. So, I hired a coach. She was amazing and with her help, I did all the mental things.
It was great for me; it changed my relationship with myself. It changed my relationship with others. It allowed me to recognize limiting beliefs that I had as well as negative thought patterns, and then shift them. It also helped me to be a much better coach and instructor. But I felt like I was still missing a piece to the puzzle.
So, I went deeper into nutrition. I got another certification for that and then started learning more and more beyond that. I researched and studied trying to understand how our body processes different forms of fuel. How different activities require different fuels and I learned all about how our hormones, our age, and our metabolic makeup affect us.
I wake up with energy. I do all the things, but I don't feel stressed out. I eat foods I enjoy, and that make me feel good. I don’t obsess about too much of this or not enough of that. I eat meals with my family instead of out of plastic boxes, which, if you followed me for any amount of time, you know, that's a major thing for me. I refuse to eat out of plastic boxes because plastic is not good for you and mostly because that's silly.

This all led up to the creation of Self-Care for Female Leaders. A program that helps female leaders prioritize self-care without sacrifice. The important part is without sacrifice. You don't have to give up things you love to feel good.
You don't have to give up restaurants, parties, or time with your family. You don't have to give up sleep to do all the things.
I take busy, driven, high-achieving women from being stressed out and exhausted to feeling energized, healthy, and in control of their time and bodies.
