As you've been juggling a jam-packed schedule of Zoom meetings, home-schooling kids and creating new workouts in your garage, you feel something shifting, don't you? It's not your new schedule. It's not the different ways that we're interacting. It's something bigger. Something all-encompassing and powerful. There is a huge opportunity opening before you. This is your chance to make the goals you've been wanting to set, a reality. This "crisis" is your wake-up call to get going and start doing those things that you've been making excuses about, since forever. This is the time that you get to take back the power and control over your health, your schedule, your lifestyle, your life!

These excuses (aka reasons) no longer apply:
• Too busy
• Kids activities are getting in the way
• Traffic
• Work hours
• Have to eat lunch with clients
• No time to cook
• No time to prep
• Uncomfortable in the gym

This situation has done you a huge favor. The world has removed all of the barriers between you and the very best version of you. 

The only thing in your way, is YOU. 

Time to wake up, get up and get moving! 

You have the unique opportunity to completely wipe the slate (or calendar) clean and choose exactly how you want the next chapter of your life to go.

You are in charge of how you live, don’t be lazy! Don’t allow this incredible opportunity to slip by, simply because you weren’t willing to admit, to yourself, that those excuses weren’t the real reason that you haven’t made any changes. The real reason is because you weren’t willing to do the work. You weren’t willing to commit. You weren’t willing to change your lifestyle to make room for your new goals.

The world has taken care of that for you. Will you take the opportunity to do it now? Will you make time for your workouts, your meals, your meditation and your goal setting? Will you turn off Netflix and social media long enough to hear your own thoughts and fears? 

Or will you hide behind the “stress” of this new situation and blame the world for your inability to commit to yourself?

Are you living in fear of getting sick? It’s likely because you know you haven’t made your health a priority thus far. Now that you can’t pop in to grab a soda and a cookie, are you suddenly rethinking your consumption of sugar and take-out food? You are likely realizing that you really do have a problem. 

Wake up my friend! 
This is an opportunity to change it all!

Starting today, starting right this minute, you can commit to yourself and the life you want to lead. You can prioritize your health starting right now. You can ensure that you make time every day to do the things that need to be done in order to create the very best version of you.

Grab your calendar, your list of goals, your list of “if I only had the time, I would….”, and make them all fit together. Commit to yourself and your coach that you WILL MAKE IT HAPPEN. Then do it because you’re in charge and not taking this opportunity is the lazy way out.
