You can either make others pay for the life you wish you had, or you can step up and be the person you want to be. It’s time to release the pressure you put on yourself, reclaim your body, and revive yourself!


Are you used to achieving your goals?


Do you accomplish the things you set out to do? I know you do. Whether your goal involves getting a degree, or a job, or a promotion, you’re someone who gets it done! But what happens when you set a goal, work towards it, and it doesn’t happen?


When you’re a fighter and a grinder,
not hitting your goal can take a toll and bring you down. The thing about being a high achiever is that we’re used to getting what we go after. We’re used to putting in the work and then seeing the results. So not succeeding can lead to frustration, anxiety, and depression. 


What happens when you don’t see the results you want?


A little over a week ago, I broke a few ribs. It takes time to recover and it’s been really hard for me to let others help me. I’ve had many moments where I’ve felt vulnerable and powerless, and as someone used to doing it all, I’ve been frustrated. I want to get everything done on my own, perfectly, and on my time table, but it’s not happening. My body isn’t doing what I want it to do, and it’s frustrating.


If you’ve been trying to make healthy changes to your body and you’re not seeing the results, you’re not alone in your frustration! But unlike my broken ribs, there’s a change that
you can make right now.


First, decide whether you’re going to step up and make the changes you need to make to achieve your goals and move beyond this frustration. Do you want to stay the anxious, short-tempered person who’s angry at what they don’t have? Or do you want to reassess and move forward?


Then, surround yourself with people on the same journey. Lean on people who are working towards the same goal as you so that you can help each other rise up together.


It’s time for a new blueprint


Last week, I announced that I’m retiring my “Self-care for Female Leaders” program at the end of August. In its place, I’m launching my new program “Revive,” the blueprint for releasing pressure and reclaiming your body. I’ve taken everything I’ve learned over the last five years through my programs and I’m boosting them by ten!


Revive is a six-month, group coaching program. You’ll find yourself in a small cohort of focused women, all on the same journey.

You’ll have the structure. These programs will include the meal plans and exercise help that I’ve always offered in my programs.

You’ll have access to my expertise through my coaching app and via Zoom.

You’ll have the support and accountability of your group. This includes brainstorming and masterminding with each other.

We’ll have a weekly mastermind where you’ll learn how to reclaim your body and release the pressure that you put on yourself.

You’ll get long-term support as you make changes that stick!
