Yep, simple and 100% effective.

Measuring your body composition - that's the ratio of fat to everything else in your body - is so much more effective in gauging your progress. And guess what? You don't need a fancy gym to improve your body composition.

And let's not forget about hormones. They're the unsung heroes (or villains) of our fitness journey. When we're stressed, our hormones can get out of whack, making it harder to manage our weight.
