Blog Post

Have you tried to make healthy changes and failed? When you’re driven and hardworking, failure can feel incredibly defeating. It can make you wary of trying again, investing your time, money, and effort. Because what if you fail again?

I’ve had that conversation with clients before. Trust me, you’re not alone in your wariness. But what if you had a better plan?

Think of it this way: If you were trying to build something with a horrible set of instructions, would you get mad at yourself for not getting the results you wanted? Or would you find the set of instructions that you need?

It’s time that you try again with all the effort that I know you’re willing to put in. And this time, with the perfect blueprint.

How do you know that your previous blueprint was wrong?

I don’t know exactly what went wrong before, but tell me if any of these problems sound familiar…

  1. There wasn’t an education component.
Maybe you were told exactly what to eat for every meal or exactly what weights to lift, but you weren’t told why. The end goal wasn’t for you to have enough knowledge to create your meal plan and workouts on your own.
  2. It felt like a burden. You’ve already got a to-do list long enough to go out the door, but instead of addressing that and finding ways to lighten the load, the programs you tried before required you to push yourself more. You had more stress and less sleep.
  3. The workouts were boring, cardiocentric, or painful. Some exercise plans don’t take into account your preferences, or even past injuries. And how can you consistently prioritize a workout that isn’t making you feel energized and strong?
  4. There was no focus on hormones. Women’s metabolism and overall health is affected by hormones. And any program that doesn’t look at that is missing a big piece of the puzzle.
  5. It was isolating. A lot of programs are so inflexible that you can end up eating different meals than your family, feeling like you can’t fully relax on vacations, and feeling like you have to stay away from nights out with your friends. Maybe after a while it felt like you had to choose between your physical health and your social or mental health.

Again, I don’t know the specific reason why your efforts weren’t successful in the past. But I know that you deserve a better fitness blueprint to follow.

Revive your efforts!

My Revive program will educate you on how to fuel and strengthen your body in a sustainable, long-lasting way.

You won’t just learn about
how your hormones are affecting your health, I have hormone testing and consultations built into the program.

We look at what your body specifically needs
right now, and you learn how to build a healthy lifestyle around that. And by learning these tools, you’ll be able to give your body what it needs 10 and 20 years from now. This isn’t a template, it’s a blueprint.

We’ll  figure out the exercise program you need for your body and your lifestyle. We’ll figure out what food your body likes. And we’ll figure out how to find time to do it in a way that will reduce your stress and let you sleep more. It’s a full blueprint.

One of my goals with my
Revive program is to create connection and support. A healthy lifestyle should never be isolating. You’ll go through this program with a group of women similarly focused and driven.

What have you struggled with in the past? Let me know! I’m ready to give you a blueprint that will help you succeed.
