ake sure that my clients put healthy habits in place for the long run, I designed my Revive program to be six months long. But it can be done faster. And because we’re heading towards the end of the year, I’ve been getting people asking for that specifically. A program that focuses on healthy changes in a shorter amount of time.


I’ve heard you, and I’m ready to sprint to the finish with you. I’m launching a new cohort of women who want to get the work done in 90 days! No playing around, just focus. This is for women who have the goal, know what they want, and are ready to hit the ground running.

A lot of people wait for January to set their goals and start “getting in shape.” But if you’re like me, when you have a goal, you don’t want to wait around, you want to get started. Now. I don’t like being uncomfortable. If I don’t like something, I change it. If I have a goal in mind, I don’t want to wait, I want to get started.

Revive is about the long game, but we’re going to sprint through the first part of it. We'll create the perfect, healthy lifestyle strategy for your body and your life without deprivation, starvation, excessive exercise, or adding to your already overloaded plate. Once you've been revived, you'll know what your body needs and how to get it.


And while Revive is about the long game, you’ll see immediate changes to your energy, your stress levels, and how you feel in your body.

On top of this 90-day Revive sprint, I’m hosting two private group strategy sessions for free. One will be on Tuesday, October 18th and the other will be on Wednesday, October 19th. Choose which date will work best for you and join me on the private Zoom call.


You can get a taste of what the Revive coaching sessions are like, and you’ll get 5 hours added to your week! That’s because this strategy session is all about time. We’re going to troubleshoot your schedule and find five hours in your week that you can spend on your fitness.
