The New Year is coming and most people are about to make a resolution to get into better shape. Are you about to join the 45 million Americans that go on a diet each year and spend $33 billion on weight-loss products? If that many people are dieting and spending money, why isn’t it working?


Are you stuck in a weight-rebounding cycle?


Two-thirds of the 45 million dieting Americans are still overweight. And that because most of the products and programs out there are designed to only work temporarily. People will get results while they’re working with the coach, but after the program ends, the weight comes back with a vengeance.


Weight rebounding can cause such a feeling of failure, but I’m here to tell you that it’s not your fault.
You simply need a program that won’t create a codependent coaching relationship. Outside of your program, you should be able to continue and sustain the lifestyle changes you’ve made.


What are the signs of a Codependent Coaching Program?

Most programs are set up to help you in the short term, but fail in the long term. And there are reasons why they fail.


  • They don’t teach you how your body works. 
  • You don’t learn what food your body does and does not need.
  • You aren’t taught what exercise works specifically for you.
  • They don’t teach you how to recover when you get off track.
  • They don’t take into account how crazy your life is.


A lot of these programs don’t teach you
how to implement and sustain healthy changes. They give you a meal and a workout plan. They tell you exactly what to do. But they haven’t given you the skills to do it for yourself and to make a healthy lifestyle work in your crazy world.
