How much money do you spend on fitness every year? As a nation, Americans spend 33 billion dollars on weight loss products each year. Yet, only 10% of the 75 million people going on a diet this year will successfully lose weight and keep it off. 


Maybe throwing money at your fitness goals isn’t the solution. A healthy lifestyle
is an investment. But the money you spend should bring you long-term benefits and results when you invest it in the right way.


How do you know where to invest?


Before you buy a new gym membership, supplement, app, or piece of equipment, do you know what your body needs? I don’t care about the latest trend, or what worked for your neighbor, what does
your body need? 


I love protein shakes and supplements (that’s why I created my own line of them). But they are just that, supplements. They’re not a magic bullet that will fix everything. They’re meant to supplement your healthy lifestyle. That combination is what will get you to your goal of more energy, less stress, increased muscle, and less body fat.


So before you introduce a bunch of new supplements into your diet, figure out what nutrients your body lacks! What are your hormones doing? What’s out of balance? Once you know that, then you can figure out the right combination of products to boost
your health and fitness.
