Have you noticed that every Monday, you start out motivated and ready to accomplish your goals? But what happens as the week goes along? Does all of your motivation and drive seem to fade away by Wednesday? 


I know that I’ve felt like that. Especially after a long weekend! I’m rested and recharged and ready to go! But then life resumes and the week grinds me down! 


Luckily, I’ve learned that that doesn’t have to be the norm. If you’re in that position right now, where you feel exhausted by the middle of the week, you don’t have to accept it. You can keep that energy and drive through the whole week! But to do so, you have to start taking care of yourself.
